TYPES OF INTERVENTION

Interventions performed on the machine

We carry out the grinding work on the spindle tapers on site. The intervention takes place on board the machine, which allows us to grind the taper without disassembling the spindle with considerable cost savings and with a perfection of the taper itself. The work will be done in a few hours at your site. List of interventions:

internal spindle taper grinding on horizontal machines;
internal spindle taper grinding on vertical machines;
out-of-round grinding;
seizure rectification;
gripper draft control;
ISO 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60 taper grinding;
grinding milling machines, boring machines;
grinding with double contact internal spindles and BIG-PLUS.

INTERVENTION PHASES

First aid

In cases of extreme urgency, such as the machine block due for example to the breakage of the spindle, our intervention is immediate with arrival on site, within the day, throughout Italy. Grinding is performed directly on the machine to speed up operations and minimize downtime.

Correction

The grinding of the ISO conical seat is performed directly at your machine-side workshop and in a few hours. All thanks to our portable equipment and ours highly specialized staff accustomed to dealing with the problems of this sector, knowing its pitfalls and specific needs.

Check

After the spindle taper is reset, the following final tests are performed:

verification of the coupling of the spindle cone with certified buffers;
tool clamping clamping stroke control;
tool holding force measurement with digital load cell;
Run-Out error detection.

FIRST AID

Machine downtime assistance

We offer an assistance service for damage or breakage of the spindle cone, which in the event of a call due to a machine block, provides for a resolution of the problem within the day. A real emergency service that we at Fada Rettifica Cono Mandrini guarantee throughout the country.

The intervention lasting a maximum of two hours allows the rapid recovery of the activity.
